I've been working on a website deployment and management system I call Tetreid (comes from Tetris), building a customer's website in parallel using it, feels good to use and integrates neatly in my admin panel !
It runs as a standalone systemd service and acts as a middle-man between my panel and the hosted sites, I only have a few setup steps to do outside of the panel and the rest is automatized, including certificates handling, nginx routing, rate limiting, env management, persistent storage (for CMSs) etc...
Hopefully I'll be able to make a more detailed post sometime !
